The Foundation regularly organizes business luncheons with invited speakers on topics of current interest in international civil aviation.

Board meetings
The Board of the Foundation meets whenever required, usually three to four times a year.

Joint meetings
The Foundation organizes from time to time joint meetings with sister organizations, in particular the McGill Institute of Air and Space Law Alumni Association and the Royal Aeronautical Society - Montreal Branch.
These meetings are jointly convened and known as Montreal International Aviation Club, featuring prominent speakers on topics of current interest in international civil aviation.
